At DELSEY Paris, we stand by the quality of our luggage and travel accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused luggage in its original box, ensuring all hangtags and protective covers are included, then attach the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
